All referees receive mentorship and training through our Referee Development Framework, built in partnership with forward-thinking clubs who are investing in safer sidelines and stronger game culture.
By working with TRA-approved clubs, referees gain access to a supportive environment that values respect, growth, and continuous learning. Those ready to accelerate their growth can join our Fast Track Program, a cohort-based experience that offers personalized guidance, advanced learning, and tailored development.
