TRA Fast Track Programs
With the Referee Advocates, every referee in the TRA network receives foundational support, training, and mentorship from our systems and staff. TRA also offer Fast Track Programs, specialized, small-cohort experiences designed for referees seeking advanced mentorship and structured progression, led by specially trained Cohort Leads (Referee Advocates) who work as independent contractors. This program is optional for referees who want more personalized, cohort-style mentorship and targeted skill development.
Junior Track
A required first step for new referees. Builds confidence, game awareness, and prepares participants for USSF certification at age 13.
Youth Track
Supports referees who are ready to continue learning and growing through work in competitive league and tournaments, developing within a structured peer community.
Adult Track
Tailored for adult referees who are new or returning to the game after a long hiatus and are seeking to grow their skills and confidence on the field alongside like-minded folks.
Elite Track
Designed for referees who have demonstrated exceptional ability, professionalism, and leadership potential. Offers advanced on-field coaching, specialized positioning work, and access to career pathways that lead toward college-level or professional officiating.
