ELITE TRAINING GROUP

JOIN US TODAY!

Are you ready to advance your officiating skills into adult and semi-professional games? The Elite Training Group is designed to provide structured support, mentorship, and game opportunities for referees looking to develop the skills to prepare for regional status. When you're ready to embark on this next phase in your referee journey, it's important to have a community that understands the unique needs of advancing through the ranks, and this program offers the support and resources that help you succeed.

The Elite Training Group, led by USSF Regional Referee Logan Alger, provides specialized clinics, game logs, referee reflections, fitness training, mentor feedback, a TRA arrival kit, and referee academy so you are placed in the right environment for advancing. Participants will engage in guided learning sessions, on-field practice, and mentorship from regional referees and mentors—all while getting paid for games. This program is open to adults referees 18+ who have officiated 4+ years and are willing to commit to learning, development, and participation in the game at a higher level.
